Shipping policy

The Goods and Services remain at Tu Tama Wahine o Taranaki risk until delivery to the Customer.

Delivery of Goods shall be deemed complete when Tu Tama Wahine o Taranaki delivers the Goods to the Customer’s address or possession of the Goods is given to a carrier, courier, or other bailee for purposes of transmission to the Customer.

If a carrier, courier, or other bailee for purposes of transmission to the Customer is used the Customer will be provided with details of this and any relevant tracking information.

The costs of carriage shall be paid by the Customer on the date for payment of the Price for the Goods. The carrier shall be deemed to be the Customer’s agent.

If the Customer believes an order has been lost/damaged in transport or not delivered, they may lodge a claim with the relevant delivery provider. In some cases, the delivery provider may ask the Customer to get in touch with Tu Tama Wahine o Taranaki o Taranaki as part of the claims process.
